What is included with the boxes?

Inside each box you will find a selection of figurines, stuffed animals, games, activity books, crafts, wearables, educational items and resources, and more. Each month is a different theme that focuses on wildlife and the environment with the items in the box are curated based on that month's theme.

You will have access to additional monthly content online that includes downloadable items like coloring pages, activity sheets, scavenger hunts, etc. Also, there are monthly educational games and additional images, videos, and more that are also included.

What age range are the boxes for?

Currently, CRITTERBOX is for children ages 5-9.

What is the cost of the boxes?

I am having trouble subscribing/checking out. What do I do?

Currently, our website only supports Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox web browsers. If you are using Internet Explorer then try using another supported browser. If you still are having challenges then please contact us at support@critterbox.com and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I gift a subscription?

To give a single box as a gift that is not a recurring subscription simply click HERE .

To gift a subscription simply enter in the recipients shipping address in the shipping fields during a subscription checkout and then enter your information in the billing fields. Monthly additional content access instructions are provided in each months box. In addition, additional monthly content instructions will be emailed to the email address on file each month. CRITTERPERKS access can not be gifted directly at this time, however you may share you login details for CRITTERPERKS with the gift recipient.

**Please note that if the gift recipient decides to subscribe to CRITTERBOX then they need to contact us prior to ensure that they do not receive duplicate items in their shipments. Also, single box gifts do not include access to CRITTERPERKS.***

How do I access my monthly additional content?

Each month you will receive an email with the access URL and password to access your content. Also, in each month's box there is an insert that contains the access information. If you do not receive the email with access instructions on any given month then please let us know by contacting us at support@critterbox.com and we will make sure you receive the access information.

 

Does a portion of my subscription go to help animals and the environment?

Absolutely! CRITTERBOX is an initiative by critterfacts.com which is an organization dedicated to spreading awareness, appreciation, and support for wildlife and the environment. A portion of each month's subscription goes towards a featured sanctuary, rescue center, and/or wildlife conservation organization. Inside each box is an insert that shows you which initiative that month's box is helping to support.

Do you offer classroom versions?

Yes, we are currently working on classroom versions of CRITTERBOX and when they become available, we will have them listed on the website. If you are interested in these versions and want to be notified when they are released then please contact us at support@critterbox.com

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

When am I billed for my subscription?

**For our grand opening launch, all boxes ordered in July 2019 will be shipped by the end of the first week of August 2019. The next recurring payment will be on August 15th for orders in July 2019**

When you become a subscriber of CRITTERBOX you will be billed immediately and your first box will ship out within 1 week of your purchase. Your recurring charge will be on the 15th of the month and future shipments will be the first week of the following month.

For example if you subscribe to CRITTERBOX on June 20th, your first box ships by June 27th, and then your next charge is July 15th. Afterwards, your second box will ship the first week of August.

You will never be billed twice in a month. For example, if you signed up on June 14th then your next billing cycle would be July 15th.

You can manage your subscription and see when your past and future charges are by logging into your account and then clicking on "Manage Subscriptions" on your account page.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we are required to collect sales tax for sales made in the state of Indiana.

Is there a shipping fee associated with CRITTERBOX?

Nope shipping is FREE for all subscription based products!

A shipping fee will apply, however, to any gift or non subscription products.

 

How do I manage my subscriptions and account information?

Log into your account by visiting:

Once you are logged in, you can manage all of the details of your account including managing your subscriptions by scrolling down your account page and then clicking on "Manage Subscriptions"

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

All CRITTERBOX subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Items that are damaged in shipping can be exchanged. Part of the fun of CRITTERBOX is learning something new about wildlife, but sometimes you or your child may not like a particular item in that box. One of the reasons we're able to offer CRITTERBOX is because the prices of our items are negotiated well in advance.

But we want to do everything that we can to ensure that you are happy with your experience so you can always email us at support@critterbox.com and we will try to make your subscription a more enjoyable experience in the future.

 

What if the items are damaged in shipping?

If you receive items in the box that are damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement shipment. Damaged or defective items return shipping will be covered by CRITTERBOX.

Simply email us at support@critterbox.com with any returns/exchange request and we will be happy to help!

 

Can I switch out items in the box for something else?

Sorry, at this time we are not able to offer exchanges of items in the boxes unless your box is received damaged and/or the items were damaged in shipment.

However, we always strive for yours and your child's experience to be excellent and if you have any trouble or feedback about the items in the box then please contact us at support@critterbox.com and we will work to make your experience with CRITTERBOX the best it can be!
